Bible Study

Something to think about til the bible study:
1. Can Holy Spirit work in unbelievers, if yes, how so???
2. How does Holy Spirit work in believers???
3. Is ability to speak in tongues indicative of being baptized by the Spirit???  Justify your answer
4. Is water baptism in the pool/river/lake the same thing as baptism by Holy Spirit???
If not then what is baptism by Holy Spirit???
